The check asks for a store address and reads public pages. Completed results remain under their individual check links for 30 days. A store result is reused for 6 hours. Failed or blocked results are reused for 10 minutes. Anyone with a result link can view it, so do not include private information in a store URL.

We use IP addresses to limit requests. We do not store them in the applications database. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request details for security and service logs. Our persistent Workers Logs are retained for 7 days.

We keep your name, work email, role, store address, answers and the time you acknowledged this notice. We also keep fit scores, review decisions, application events and email delivery records. We use them to review your application, contact you about it and manage the service.

A daily cleanup deletes declined and not-a-fit applications 12 months after their last update. It also deletes their application events and linked outbox records. Outbox email bodies are cleared after 90 days. New, held and approved applications remain while needed for review or the business relationship. We review other correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements. You can request deletion sooner.

Peak Perspective LLC is the data controller for application details, business contacts and service usage data. We use these details to take steps before a contract and to provide agreed services. We rely on legitimate interests to review business applications, answer enquiries, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. Where required, we also process data to meet legal obligations.

The application checkbox acknowledges this notice. It is not a request for consent to processing or marketing. We do not add applicants to a mailing list.

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site, stores applications and check results, provides Turnstile and routes operator notices. Turnstile processes browser and network information to help detect abuse. Resend processes application emails when email delivery is enabled. Google processes data when a merchant connects the optional Google Search Console integration. We share only the data needed for each service.

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising across unrelated services.

Our US operator and service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. For transfers that need safeguards, these may include the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension where the recipient is certified and the transfer is covered. Otherwise, safeguards may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum or UK International Data Transfer Agreement, as applicable. Contact us for details of the safeguards for your data.

Where applicable, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can ask us to restrict processing or provide a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. If any processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You also have rights concerning decisions made solely by automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Applications receive automated fit scores and some categories may be declined automatically. You can ask for a human review.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or a supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

If the CCPA or CPRA applies to you and our processing, you may request to know, access, correct or delete personal information. You may opt out of sale or sharing and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require that limitation right. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. You or an authorised agent can contact hello@ridgeseek.com with a request.

The site sets no cookies of its own. It remembers your day or night choice in local browser storage, which stays on your device. Cloudflare Turnstile supplies the security check on our forms.

Ridgeseek is for businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided it.

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised notice and effective date here. We will bring material changes to your attention when required.
